The CAC‑3026 / CAC‑3027 is a Qi2 25W certified wireless charging pad designed for fast, efficient, and safe charging of supported smartphones and Qi enabled devices. Using Qi2 magnetic alignment, the charger ensures optimal positioning between the device and charging coil, improving efficiency and stability while supporting wireless power output of up to 25W.

Simply connect the charger to a compatible USB‑C® Power Delivery (PD) power adapter and place your device on the charging surface to begin charging automatically.

Operation Instructions

How to Use

1. Connect the charger to a compatible USB‑C® PD power adapter.
2. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
3. Place your Qi‑enabled device on the charging surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this charger work with my Samsung Galaxy phone?

Yes. The CAC‑3026 / CAC‑3027 works with Samsung Galaxy phones that support Qi wireless charging, which includes all recent Galaxy models.

Why doesn’t my Samsung phone snap onto the charger magnetically?

Most Samsung Galaxy phones do not have magnets built into the phone itself.
Because of this, the phone will charge wirelessly, but it won’t attach magnetically on its own.

This is expected behaviour and not a fault of the charger.

Do I need a special case for magnetic charging on Samsung phones?

Yes.
If you want magnetic alignment with Samsung Galaxy phones, you’ll need a Qi2‑ or MagSafe‑compatible magnetic case. The magnets are in the case, not in the phone.

Will my Samsung phone still charge without a magnetic case?

Yes.
Your phone will charge using standard Qi wireless charging without any case. Magnetic alignment is optional and only needed if you want the phone to stay attached to the charger.

Is something wrong if the phone charges but doesn’t stick magnetically?

No.
That simply means the phone (or case) doesn’t have magnetic support. Charging is working as intended.

Which phones support magnetic charging without a case?

Some phones, such as recent iPhone models and selected Google Pixel models, have magnets built into the device. These can attach magnetically without a case.

Is it safe to use a magnetic case with this charger?

Yes.
Qi2‑compatible magnetic cases are designed for wireless charging and are safe to use with this charger.

Do charging speeds change depending on the phone or case?

Yes.
Charging speed depends on the phone model, alignment, and the power adapter used. Slight warmth during charging is normal.
