Warranty and Returns

Q: How long does Club 3D®'s limited warranty last?
A: All Club 3D® products have a limited warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship when used according to product documentation.

Q: What is not covered by the warranty?
A: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly are not covered.

Q: How can I claim the warranty?
A: Contact the distributor if you purchased the product through them.

  • If returning directly to Club 3D®:

    1. Email rma@club-3d.com for an RMA number.

    2. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.

    3. Include a valid proof of purchase and the reason for the return in the package.

    4. Send the product to the Club 3D® address provided.

Q: What is a valid proof of purchase?
A: A dated purchase receipt from an authorized distributor or reseller showing the product description and price.

Q: Can I send the product without an RMA number?
A: No. Products without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping and Returns

Q: Who pays the shipping costs during a warranty claim?
A: You are responsible for shipping the product to Club 3D®. If the product is validly returned under warranty, Club 3D® will cover return shipping costs (excluding customs, duties, or taxes).

Q: How should I pack my return?
A: Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage. Club 3D® assumes the risk only once the product is received.

Q: Can I return a product outside the warranty period?
A: No. Products outside the 24-month warranty period are not covered. Evaluation, return shipping, or handling fees may apply if warranty terms are not met.
