Limited Warranty

Club 3D provides a  24-month limited warranty  on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in  materials and workmanship  when products are used according to the official manuals, documentation, or instructions included with the product.

Please note:  This warranty does  not  cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

Making a Warranty Claim

If purchased from a Club 3D reseller:

Please contact the reseller directly regarding your warranty claim.

If returning directly to Club 3D:

  1. Email  rma@club-3d.com  to request a  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number  and the return address.

  2. Clearly write the  RMA Number  on the outside of your package.

  3. Include a  valid proof of purchase  and a brief  reason for return  inside the package.

  4. Ship the product to the Club 3D support address provided.

Important:  Do  not  send products without a valid RMA Number.

Valid Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim and must include:

  • A dated sales receipt from an  authorized Club 3D dealer or reseller , showing product description and price.

Non-valid proof of purchase includes:

  • UPC/EAN barcodes from the box

  • Pictures of the product

  • Certificates of authenticity

  • Receipts from auction sites, liquidators, or clearance houses

  • Proof of payment alone

Shipping & Risk

  • We recommend  traceable shipping  methods (UPS, DHL, FedEx) for returns.

  • Customers bear  shipping costs  and are responsible for proper packaging.

  • Club 3D assumes  risk only once the product is received .

  • If the product is validly returned under warranty, Club 3D will cover  return shipping costs  (excluding customs, duties, or taxes).

Products Not Covered

Products may not be accepted under this warranty if:

  • No valid  RMA Number  is provided

  • No  valid proof of purchase  is included

  • Warranty period has expired

  • Defect is not covered under this warranty

In such cases, additional  assessment, shipping, or handling fees  may apply.

Consumer Rights & Legal Notes

  • This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights; you may have other rights depending on your country, state, or province.

  • Only the  original purchaser  is covered; the warranty is  non-transferable .

  • The warranty applies in the  country of original purchase .

  • Club 3D and its resellers, agents, or employees cannot modify this warranty.

  • In case of translation, the  English version prevails .

  • This warranty is governed by the  laws of the country of original purchase .
