Sales Account Manager

Are you interested in connecting with customers worldwide and have an opportunity to travel around the globe to meet clients?

As a sales account manager you will be an essential part of the Club 3D team, and you will have the opportunity to expand your horizons within the IT world.

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about providing solutions to the clients they serve. You will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the solutions which best fit the individual needs of your clients. You will assist in the processing and analysis of client data, and identifying market trends.

To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.


About the position:

In this position, you will take on the challenge to explore the European market.
You will be fully trained at our company to become a successful account manager. This will allow you to start researching the products that you are going to sell, so that you can talk to customers at the same level. Your colleagues will help you to ensure that you will have all the necessary knowledge about the products.
You will research the products in the market and which companies are a potential customer.
You will start with mostly telephone and mail contact. You are intensively guided in this. You will then also have every opportunity to acknowledge your sales talents and expand them further.
You will also have the opportunity to visit customers at home and abroad.
Finally, you keep in touch with your customers and manage all administrative matters, such as preparing quotations or answering customer technical questions.

Requirements:

• You can demonstrate that you are a sales talent and want to take a step in your career.
• You have affinity or experience with hardware products.
• Your computer skills are good.


In addition, you recognise yourself in the following points:
• You have strong communication skills.
• You do not shy away from a challenge, but thrive from it.
• You can deal with setbacks well and are creative in your solutions.
• Flexibility is self-evident to you and you certainly do not have a 9 to 17 mentality.
• You are passionate, eager to learn and would like a permanent job with many development opportunities.


Education:

• Bachelor degree (not required but preferred)

Experience:

• At least 2 years in a similar position.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Spanish and German would be an advantage.
